Magic Wrap is a elastomeric wrap that works without adhesive on either side, yet is self-bonding when applied under stretched tension. The wrap may be applied to most materials without any special surface preparation or cleaning, and can even be used under water. Unlike adhesive tapes, oil and dust on the surface has little or no adverse affect on the performance.

Magic Wrap® is ideal for the following repairs:
Automotive – will repair engine hoses, even fuel lines (to repair fuel lines, the white liner must be used first, in contact with the fuel line, then the Magic Wrap® over top. The white liner prevents any reaction between the fuel and the Magic Wrap.)

• Water tight and air tight to 100 psi
• Works summer and winter from -40° to 176°F / -40° to 80°C. Flexible at low temperatures
• Suitable for use at not more than 600V and at not more than 80°C (176°F)

1. Instructions
2. Unroll 2” to 3” of Magic Wrap®.
3. Hold Magic Wrap® firmly against the surface to be wrapped. Stretch until the width is reduced by half.
4. Spiral wrap Magic Wrap® under tension. For best results overlap approximately 50% of the width.
5. If Magic Wrap® breaks during application, or if more Magic Wrap® is required, repeat the above instructions. No need to worry, the new
6. Magic Wrap® will bond to the original piece of Magic Wrap® already applied.
7. To finish, break the Magic Wrap® by pulling sharply. Press the end onto the Magic Wrap® in Place.
8. Use a knife or scissors to remove Magic Wrap® if required.
9. For smaller jobs or applications upon sensitive articles, unwind a suitable length of Magic Wrap® for the application and stretch the entire length, then follow the instructions.
