  • Shipping charges may vary with parts ordered, actual shipping rates will be billed on each order. 
  • Orders over $400 will be shipped pre-paid up to a maximum of 10% of the order value by the courier of our choice (Dealers only).
  • Shipping involving fly-in zones, dangerous good, oversized items and out of province may exceed normal freight rates and will be charged accordingly.
  • We will do our best to ship orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time on the same day.

1. Ordering Online:

Start by browsing/navigating to lasersalesinc.ca

Quick Order:
If you know the part numbers you want to order, the site has a “Quick Order” feature. Start by signing into the website and then follow the “Quick Order” link in the top right of the screen. You will be brought to a new form that allows you to enter just part numbers and order quantities. As you enter part numbers the product descriptions will automatically populate so you can confirm you are ordering the correct parts. Once you have entered all of your order simply click on the “Add to Cart” button, then proceed to the shopping cart and follow the checkout process. Once you have completed the order a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Shop/Browse our Catalog:
To browse our products, start by viewing our category selections at the top of the page and hover over the interactive buttons in the green navigation bar or you can use our “Search” tool. Once you’ve identified an item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire in the QTY box. Clicking “Add to Cart” puts the item in your shopping cart. In your shopping cart, you’ll see the item numbers, item names, unit prices and calculated totals clearly displayed. Once you’ve submitted your order you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know we’ve successfully received your order.

Our ordering process is secure. We use the industry standard in security, called SSL (secure socket layers) for our entire site, so that your credit card information is protected and confidential.

After submitting your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent within minutes. The e-mail lets you know that your order was successfully received.


Shipping Timelines:
We will ship most orders, received by 2pm Eastern Time on the same day! Booking orders and larger orders over $1,000 can take up to 3 working days to ship.


Shortages & Shipping Damages:
All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of invoice. In the case of damaged shipments, indicate “DAMAGED” when you sign for the package. Keep the shipping carton and the goods. Call us immediately for further instructions.


Branches:
Please note not all part numbers are carried in every location. Some part numbers may be required to be special ordered.


Taxes and Fees:
Orders shipped within Ontario will be charged the appropriate taxes and fees including tire taxes and environmental charges.


Force Majeure:
Laser Sales shall be excused from failure to perform in the event of fire, strike, labour dispute, war, embargo, transportation delay, materials shortage, failure of carrier, contractor or supplier to perform, act of God, requirement or request of any Government or any subdivision thereof, or any cause beyond the control of Laser Sales.
