Return Policy

Laser Sales offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our parts!

  • We do require an explanation of the problem and our authorization for return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (that is valid for 30 days) and must be shown on the outside of boxes being returned
  • We do require an explanation of the problem on our completed return form.
  • We do expect a copy of the original invoice returned with your goods.
  • Goods must be returned freight prepaid. (Collect shipments will not be accepted).
  • Obsolete, special order and clearance items are not returnable.
